By completing an Entry Form and registering for an Event, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these conditions, any further terms and conditions provided to you by us in respect of the Event from time to time, the Rules, and any instructions given to you by the organizers and officials at the Event.

1. Influencer Awards Dubai Participant Program
 

1.1 Participation in Influencer Awards Dubai includes:

• Return economy flights to Dubai from designated points of departure worldwide ( return ticket will be to the same destination )

• 2 nights' accommodation in a partner hotel in Dubai

• Airport and local transfers within the Influencer Awards Dubai

  program itinerary

• Catering within Influencer Awards program itinerary
   

  1.2 The Organiser cannot be held liable for any incidental charges incurred during your stay.
   

Program exclusions include:

• Meals, beverages, and room service other than those provided by the program

• Telephone calls; business services – faxes, photocopying, freight

• Dry cleaning and laundry service; mini-bar and in-room movie charges;

  health club, hairdressing, and spa

• Activities that are additional to the program; private transfers

• Souvenirs

• Excess baggage fees

• Travel Insurance

• Visa application fees (if applicable)
   

  1.3 All confirmations for attending the event are subject to availability
   

  1.4 All required sections of the application form must be fully completed.
   

2. Cancellation Policy and No Shows

2.1 While it is not encouraged, Nominee may cancel their participation in the Influencer Award Dubai without issues on or before X, unless flight details have already been confirmed as outlined below.

​

2.2. Cancellations received after X 2022 will need a medical certificate or any valuable reasons in order to minimalise charges incurred from confirmed itinerary arrangements such as flights and accommodation.

​

2.3 In case of any cancellation you should inform the Organiser as soon as possible.

​

3. Attendance

​

3.1. The Organiser is responsible for coordinating your participation as a Nominee at Influencer Awards Dubai, including accommodation, transfers, and appointment setting. Flights will be booked by the Organiser over the period of Influencer Awards Dubai only. All attendance queries should be directed to the Organiser. The nominee is not to contact the Influencer Awards Dubai travel suppliers (i.e. agents, airlines, and hotels) directly.

3.2. Nominees encouraged adequate travel insurance coverage for their stay and it is recommended in particular that Hosted Buyers take out adequate insurance for baggage and medical insurance.

3.3. The Organiser takes no responsibility for any Nominee who may miss organized flights, transfers, or functions related to Influencer Awards Dubai. This includes nominees missing flights due to visa complications, airline delays and cancellations. Any additional expenses incurred are at the nominees’ own expense.

4. Travel and accommodations

​

4.1. Travel will be arranged on dates suitable for attendance at the show. Influencer Awards Dubai cannot book flights based on Nominee’s preferred airlines. Influencer Awards Dubai will book flights based on the best available rates and times.

​

4.2 Once booked, tickets are non-changeable. Due to airline restrictions, changes to confirmed travel plans or travel change requests will be considered by Influencer Awards Dubai on a case-by-case basis, but all extra charges are on the Nominee behalf.

4.3. The Organiser takes no responsibility for Nominees who miss their flights, for insolvency or failure to any airline company, for flight cancellation or delay, for delay or missing baggage, or excess baggage charges.

​

4.4. Please note that participants from certain countries may require a visa to enter Dubai (UAE). It is the responsibility of each participant to contact the Organiser for a visa application letter and to organize their own individual visa. Nominee who are unable to travel because of failure to obtain a valid visa needs to contact Organiser as soon as possible.

4.5. Please note that travel insurance is the responsibility of each individual Nominee. The Organiser will not supply travel insurance for the Nominee. Travel insurance must be in effect from the day of departure up to and including the day you arrive back in your home country.

4.6. The Organiser will provide two (2) nights accommodation in Influencer Awards Monaco partner hotel in Monaco with X meal included. Any additional room nights or hotel incidentals are at the Nominee’s expense and must be settled upon checkout. The nominee will be responsible for providing credit card details upon check-in as a guarantee. Room upgrades will be at the discretion of the hotel management. (Nominee must settle any personal fees with the hotel prior to departure and will indemnify Influencer Awards Monaco for any failure to do so.)

5. AUTHORIZATION AND ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS OF IMAGE AND EXPLOITATION IN FAVOR OF TRUST INFLUENCER SARL

Acting on my personal or professional behalf

Allow Trust Influencer SARL and IAM DUBAI AWARDS, its agents, and its partners to have the rights to photography and video for communication service of the event Influencer Awards Monaco in Monaco.

Which is taking place every year

This authorization gives the possibility for Trust Influencer SARL and IAM DUBAI AWARDS
To modify the photos or videos as it deems appropriate, including editing, technical modifications, and text inserts, or the removal of any element from the photos or videos at the initial fixing of my image. Trust Influencer SARL and IAM DUBAI AWARDS will be able to include the rights to reproduce, distribute, transform and communicate to the public, for their use in any known or unknown media and/or format. We expressly accept that the content of such photos and videos

maybe combined with other images, texts, graphics, videos, audio files, and audio-visual works, and that it may be cut, altered, or modified.

This authorization is valid for use :

For a period of : 10 years,
On the territories: Worldwide
On all tangible and intangible media, in all formats known or unknown today, and especially, without this list being exhaustive : paper support (commercial brochures ), catalogs and various editions, CDROM / DVDROM, and other digital media known and unknown today, any audiovisual support, especially cinema, TV and by all means inherent in this mode of communication, internet (including Intranet, Extranet, Blogs, social media, all reception vectors combined (smartphones, tablets, etc.), media press (TV commercials, cinematographic advertising), internal media communication, promotional materials (PLV, ILV, poster campaigns worldwide, all sizes and on all supports (urban, airports, stations, public transport, etc...), supports for sale (merchandising products: postal cards, posters, T-shirts, etc.), right of integration into another work/multimedia work.

I guarantee not to be bound by any agreement with a third party, of any kind, having the object or effect of limiting or preventing the implementation of this authorization.

This authorization to exploit my image rights is granted free of charge.

6. Successful confirmation will only be accepted as a Nominee after they have carefully read this document and indicated that they fully understand its contents and that it is a release of liability of the Organiser. Agreement to these terms and conditions by applicants is signified by applicants ticking the relevant ‘I agree’ box on the online application form
